Principal's Message

Dear Dolphin Families,

We hope you have a wonderful and restful Fall Break! As we prepare to enter our week off, we want to take a moment to reset a few schoolwide expectations that help keep our campus safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone.

Please keep toys at home. This includes personal soccer balls, basketballs, trompos/spinning tops, and other toys or recreational items. Students will have opportunities to play with school-provided equipment during designated times.

Please keep all food in the café/eating areas. We want to maintain a clean campus and help prevent litter and food from attracting pests. Please remind your child to eat only in designated areas.

Thank you for partnering with us to help keep our Dolphin campus clean, safe, and ready for learning!

We hope you enjoy your Fall Break and have a chance to rest, recharge, and spend time with family. We look forward to seeing our Dolphins back at school!

Have a wonderful Fall Break!

Around Campus
FALL BREAK October 5-9: With fall break upon us we hope you have some great family time together. More and more we are seeing how detrimental too much screen time can be, so if you can, get outdoors, play and enjoy these wonderful children!
If you are looking for last minute camps or ideas, you can try the City of Seaside Fall Camps, flyers attached!

Safety on Campus: With safety as a top priority, please note that all afterschool sport and club participants must wear a "club" lanyard. Every student checks in with their coach or leader, and checks out.
Each Day Counts
We are so proud to announce we have 193 students with Perfect attendance in September!! All of these students received an electronic attendance certificate and they will be entered in a raffle during our October monthly assembly. Additionally, we have 6 students that have improved their personal attendance rates this year over last year's! Our fourth grade students continue to dominate the Best Attendance category with impressive 97.7% average daily attendance. Grade 5 is coming in second place with 96.3% present We are proud of these numbers and are eager to continue this very positive trend! Look at all the green in September!

We look forward to seeing you again on Monday, October 12th!
